Neil Lussey, 23 Foundation ambassador had the honour of taking Brogan White, her mother and additional family members to her first ever Liverpool game. She brought the team luck as it was Jugen Klopps first win as manager. Brogan was 2 years old when she was first diagnosed with leukaemia, she went into remission aged 5, sadly relapsed in August this year, now aged 7, this is Brogan’s second “battle” against the disease and we all wish her the very best with her treatment. Please join us in sending Brogan your best wishes and support.
“She loved her first ever football match & it was a dream come true so thank you” a short message from Gemma her mother.
This is an example of the wonderful opportunities The 23 Foundation provide and I wish to stress that it was a fantastic evening for both Brogan and myself as I witnessed a young lady with so much character and determination who’s courage was an example to all. The love shown for Brogan from her family is truly inspirational.
